GrassRex uses the information you provide to respond to product enquiries and plan professional turf assessments.
Your enquiry
The assessment form collects your organisation, name, email, country, surface type and request purpose. These details and your consent are stored in our enquiry database and are accessible to authorised staff. They are not automatically added to a marketing list.
Essential storage
The site uses essential storage for your privacy choices, application installation preferences and secure administrator sessions. The installed application may keep an offline page on your device. Your privacy choice expires after 180 days.
Audience measurement
When configured and only with your permission, Google Tag Manager loads Google Analytics to measure page visits, product views, document downloads, contact clicks and successful enquiries. Our event data excludes form values, email addresses and enquiry reference numbers. Advertising consent remains disabled.
Session replay
Optional Yandex Metrica session replay records navigation, scrolling and clicks to improve usability. Form contents and enquiry confirmations are hidden. The administration and private presentation areas are excluded. Replay requires its own optional choice.
Your choices and requests
You can decline optional measurement or change your choice at any time using Cookie preferences. To ask about your enquiry, request a correction or request deletion, contact GrassRex below. Your request is reviewed according to its purpose and any applicable record-keeping obligations.
Service providers
Hosting, Google and Yandex may process technical information needed to provide their services. Optional measurement is inactive until you consent. Their privacy notices explain how their services process information.
